- All orders will be processed and shipped out within 1-4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays), Monday-Friday 12pm-4pm EST using Canada Post, DHL, or FedEx. If orders can not be ship out, HGBS will notify customers
- Orders placed after 4 PM EST Monday-Thursday will begin processing the next business day.
- Orders placed after 4 PM EST on Friday will begin processing the following business day, Monday.
- If a merchandise is out of stock (backordered), then you will be notified via email with three (2) options:
- Replace the backordered merchandise for merchandise that are in stock, and any difference in costs will be calculated and updated.
- Cancel your order and receive a full refund, including all shipping and handling charges.
- Please review and ensure that you have entered the correct address. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address that you provide.
- Canceling orders MUST be done BEFORE shipping. Otherwise, cancel request will be processed based on return policy.
- There will be extra shipping charge if package has been returned to HGBS for customer's mistake. (E.g., Incorrect address or recipient)
- Due to difficulties of air delivery, HGBS Online will stop delivery service for following provinces. Yukon, Northwest Territories, Nunavut

Domestic (in Canada) Shipping
We offer FREE shipping on orders over $100 before tax for domestic orders. For orders under $100, we offer shipping for a flat fee of $20 or $30 depending on location.
PLEASE NOTE: Some locations are excluded from free shipping on orders over $100 - live shipping rates will apply to these areas.
Unfortunately, shipping to P.O. boxes and Air drop (airline freight) are currently NOT eligible for shipping.
