Online Return Policy
Under the following conditions, Hair Granted Beauty Supply, Inc. will provide high satisfaction customer return service. Our return policy ONLY applies to order placed on www.hairgranted.com.
Please note, this return policy does NOT apply to purchases made in our retail store.
- Purchased merchandise must be in original condition, same as brand new, we will give you a FULL REFUND or EXCHANGE within 14 days.
- We do not accept retail purchase returns online.
- Final sale, Clearance, Event sale item are NOT return-able.
- The original shipping cost is not refundable.
- If there are any signs that the products are tried or used, return will be denied.
- Delivery fail caused by customer's mistakes, there will be a re-shipping fee at the customer's expense and if the customer wants to get refund of the order, original shipping cost won't be return-able.
- If the packaging has been bent, creased, or the ties inside the pack have been opened, tampered with, or is not in its original condition, the product is unable to get returned, exchanged, or given credit for.
Under any circumstances, the following items are not return-able
- Wigs / Closures/Frontals / Ponytails / Toupees.
- All unsealed hair & Skin care products. Even if originally sold unsealed. (e.g., Bottle, Jar, Spray, Pump and Tube type products, which are unsealed)
- Hair Appliances this includes, trimmers, curling irons, dryers, flat irons, etc. (If electrical defect, please return within 14 days)
- Any wearable (ability to try on) merchandise where we have no way to determine whether it has been tampered with or worn.

- Order number.
- A full and clear image of the product you are returning.
- Detailed description and reason for your return.
Please allow 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) for a response on your return/exchange.
